To take a break from Tyson working and me reading "Mrs. Dalloway" (ugh!), we decided to do a spur of the moment date night. We went to the awful waffle to get some dessert crepes (yum!), and then decided to take a walk around the new nature walk that BYU installed on the south end of campus last year. It's a really beautiful pathway. First we stopped at the duck pond, and I found out that they have turtles in there. Who knew? We counted 3! Along our walk we probably got in the way of about 3 couples taking their engagement pictures. Whoops. To end our night we got some drinks at Sonic. I'm a big fan of their lemon-berry cream slushes. Anyway, we had a good evening. Now back to working and reading...
